Role Overview: Motivated Junior Accountant to join our team and support day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities
- Process suppliers’ invoices on a daily basis
- Prepare weekly payment lists to suppliers
- Follow up on clients’ invoices on a weekly basis
- Handle internal billing between group entities on a monthly basis
- Monitor and classify bank transactions on a monthly basis
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong interest in accounting and financial operations
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage routine tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (practical experience is a plus)
- Comfortable working with Excel and accounting systems
