Job Description
Accountable for reflecting and maintaining a professional image of the store through promoting customer service excellence and using product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Maintain floor presence driving sales
- Establish solid relationships with customers
- Keep the shop clean and tidy
- Ensure proper visual merchandising standards
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise
- Recognize security risks and thefts
- Address customer complaints
