Job Description
Position: Occupational Health and Safety Specialist Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $60–$110/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week. Role Responsibilities: Design occupation-specific questions and tasks based on real-world occupational health and safety experience. Translate safety regulations, risk assessments, and compliance workflows into structured research deliverables.

- Apply domain expertise to support AI research and evaluation initiatives
- Ensure created content reflects practical workplace safety scenarios and regulatory considerations
- Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Strong years of full-time professional experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards, risk management, and compliance practices
- Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to clearly articulate job-specific workflows and decision-making processes
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment
