Job Description
The HR & Recruitment Coordinator supports end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for construction projects, ensuring timely mobilization of manpower and compliance with documentation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate full recruitment cycle for construction roles
- Screen CVs and coordinate interview panels
- Maintain recruitment trackers and follow up with candidates
- Support onboarding processes and maintain employee files
- Ensure candidate documentation is accurate for visa processing
- Liaise with project teams and manpower agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in HR coordination and recruitment within construction
