Senior Manager - Project Management
Job Description
As Sr. Manager, Project Management - Central Europe, you will lead, architect, and scale a world-class delivery engine serving the Central Europe market and key strategic accounts. You'll own the end-to-end project execution strategy that ensures Cognite delivers complex industrial AI implementations with predictability, discipline, and premium customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the region's end-to-end project delivery governance and execution quality
- Champion a delivery approach that connects all project activities to measurable customer outcomes
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support scoping and feasibility analysis
- Drive project-level profitability through accurate forecasting and resource planning
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing community of Project Managers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project or program management within SaaS, enterprise software, cloud, or industrial technology
- Demonstrated ability to lead PM teams or PMO functions
- Proven track record delivering complex programs on time and on budget
- Expert-level knowledge of project governance, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication and executive presence
