Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage the commercial, contractual, and operational aspects of our cleaning and waste management business, supporting large-scale sporting and cultural events in GCC.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial negotiations with clients
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts and SLAs
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for key clients
- Work with procurement to source and manage vendors
- Collaborate with operations teams for service delivery
- Support budgeting and financial oversight
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-10 years' experience in cleaning services, waste management, or facilities management
