Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This role involves identifying new opportunities, nurturing partnerships, and driving business expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy for the Saudi market
  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across relevant sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners
  • Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications

  • 4-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Experience in the Saudi market with knowledge of local business practices
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
