Junior Business Developer – Levant & Iraq
Job Description
As part of Siemens Smart Infrastructure, you will support business development activities across the Levant and Iraq markets. This role is an entry point for ambitious professionals to build commercial experience and develop market understanding. You will identify growth opportunities, support market expansion, and strengthen customer and partner relationships. Responsibilities include opportunity identification, pipeline development, market analysis, and supporting sales teams in preparing proposals and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Support business development activities across the Levant and Iraq, including opportunity identification and pipeline development
- Assist in market analysis to identify growth areas, customer segments, and competitive landscape
- Support sales teams in preparing proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing opportunities
- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor movements
- Support customer and partner engagements, including meetings, workshops, and follow-ups
- Contribute to the preparation of business plans and go-to-market initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- First work experience in business development, sales support, commercial roles, or internships
- Strong interest in regional markets, business development, and commercial strategy
- Fluent in English; Arabic is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the region
