Senior Civil Engineer
Job Description
The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing, supervising, and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, schedules, and budgets. The role involves leadership of engineering teams and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design review, and execution of infrastructure projects
- Supervise site activities for compliance with drawings and specifications
- Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals
- Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and costs
- Ensure quality control, health, and safety compliance
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects
- Strong experience in roads, utilities, water, and wastewater
