Real Estate Agent Commission based only (Male and Female)
Job Description
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales and rentals, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will represent the company in all client interactions and provide expert guidance on Dubai’s real estate laws.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential buyers, tenants, and investors
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
- Advise clients on market trends and property laws in Dubai
- Promote off-plan and ready properties through various channels
- Maintain accurate client records using Zoho CRM
- Coordinate with developers for project details
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
- English is a must (Arabic, Spanish, or Chinese is a plus)
- Minimum 1 year Real Estate experience required
