Job Description

Experienced and motivated Help Desk Technician to join our Live Desk team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, provide general application and end-user support, and manage network devices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support via email and phone
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware/software issues
  • Manage network devices (SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco)
  • Configure and troubleshoot VPN tunnels and VLAN management
  • Troubleshoot routing/switching issues (EIGRP, OSPF)
  • Assist with training other technicians

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of technical support experience in a service desk environment
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
