Live Desk Support Technician
Job Description
Experienced and motivated Help Desk Technician to join our Live Desk team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, provide general application and end-user support, and manage network devices.
Responsibilities
- Provide support via email and phone
- Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware/software issues
- Manage network devices (SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco)
- Configure and troubleshoot VPN tunnels and VLAN management
- Troubleshoot routing/switching issues (EIGRP, OSPF)
- Assist with training other technicians
Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical support experience in a service desk environment
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
