Practice Lead
Job Description
Lead the strategy, establishment, and operationalization of the Multi-Cloud Practice across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Define the 3-year Multi-Cloud Practice strategy, roadmap, and business case. Conduct market assessment and benchmarking. Define service portfolio including advisory, migration, and platform engineering. Establish organizational structure and governance framework. Define strategic partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, and Google. Develop service catalog and delivery methodology. Oversee pilot client engagements. Lead transition of practice capabilities to ADC teams.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-cloud practice strategy and roadmap
- Establish operating models and governance
- Manage CSP partnerships (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Develop service delivery methodologies
- Oversee pre-sales and deal governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related
- 12–15+ years of IT experience
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Experience building cloud consulting practices
