Operations Leader
Job Description
As an Operations Leader at Aramex, you will manage and control Domestic Operations, including planning and implementation of production and quality standards. The role involves handling domestic activities, resolving customer inquiries, and managing domestic bulk projects. The leader will analyze customer feedback to improve order lifecycles through technology and automation, manage client incidents, and lead efficiency improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Handle and manage all domestic activities including planning to ensure proper development of the product
- Ensure timely resolution of all customer inquiries
- Monitor and control all domestic bulk projects
- Regularly analyze the nature of the business and customer feedback to modify the order lifecycle
- Prepare, monitor, and control all data from Info AXS
- Manage and handle client incidents and complaints in coordination with customer service team
- Develop and control creating customized domestic services in coordination with sales teams
- Lead the improvement projects to increase operational efficiency and improve performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree (Industrial Engineering is preferred)
