Job Description
Assigned to the MARKET Directorate, your role is to contribute to the development of the real estate business by taking charge of prospecting for new store locations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a file of potential businesses
- Analyze the needs through market studies
- Manage the negotiation of rental conditions
- Carry out necessary administrative authorization requests
- Achieve targets in terms of number of rentals
Qualifications
- Bac+5 degree in business
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial and field prospecting
