Job Description
Responsible for planning, executing, and managing end-to-end recruitment operations to meet client and project manpower requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for manpower supply projects
- Coordinate mobilization, documentation, visas, and onboarding
- Lead and manage recruiters and sourcing teams
- Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment status reports
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
