Job Description
CHERY is seeking an Analytics & Digital Marketing Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing analytics, guiding digital performance initiatives and ensuring the effective management of digital platforms in line with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics
- Introduce and implement customer loyalty programs
- Manage CRM reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with customer communities
- Moderate online forums and social media groups
- Organize events and workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success or a related role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of Excel knowledge
