Job Description

CHERY is seeking an Analytics & Digital Marketing Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing analytics, guiding digital performance initiatives and ensuring the effective management of digital platforms in line with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics
  • Introduce and implement customer loyalty programs
  • Manage CRM reporting
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer communities
  • Moderate online forums and social media groups
  • Organize events and workshops

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success or a related role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of Excel knowledge
