Team Leader-Reseller Operations
Job Description
We are a fintech company providing payment services to high-risk merchants in iGaming, Forex, and Crypto trading. Our business operates on a reseller model. We are looking for a Team Leader to take complete ownership of reseller operations, including onboarding, support, training, and business enablement. This role requires end-to-end oversight of the reseller lifecycle and the ability to build a scalable operational framework.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the reseller operations team
- Oversee daily onboarding, support, and training of resellers
- Act as the primary escalation point for reseller concerns
- Coordinate with technology teams to troubleshoot platform issues
- Document workflows and create SOPs
- Monitor key operational metrics and prepare reports for management
- Represent the company at business events and conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech, iGaming, or payments
- Proven experience managing teams and coordinating across departments
- Strong English communication skills
