Job Description
The VTC Technician supports Tier 1/2 video conferencing equipment and provides ongoing technical support. Responsible for resolving issues related to in-room technology and conducting root cause analyses.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and maintains AV System in conference rooms
- Schedule and manage phone conferences and VTC meetings
- Perform system integrity and connectivity tests
- Maintains ticketing systems
- Ensures VTC systems remain compliant with regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience supporting communications/media systems (phone conference, VTC, UC)
- Experience with Polycom, Microsoft Lync, Cisco, etc.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a US Government secret security clearance
- Valid drivers’ license
