Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager (Broker) with a proven track record in Dubai’s off-plan and secondary markets. This position combines high-performance sales with leadership responsibilities — ideal for someone ready to manage their own portfolio while building and mentoring a successful team. LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WHO CAN WORK INDEPENDENTLY TO BUILD A SALES TEAM AND EVENTUALLY WORK AS A SALES MANAGER.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a dynamic team of real estate agents
- Develop and execute strategies to drive off-plan and secondary market sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors locally and internationally
- Manage daily operations, track performance, and ensure targets are met
- Recruit, train, and motivate agents to achieve sales goals
- Stay informed on Dubai’s market trends, project launches, and pricing insights
- Represent JAZ REAL ESTATE launches, client meetings, and networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market (off-plan and secondary)
- Proven sales record with reputable developers and brokerages
- RERA certification preferred
