Coinbase is seeking a Compliance Lead Analyst to conduct end-to-end Transaction Monitoring investigations and draft SARs. The role involves detecting emerging risks, optimizing compliance processes, and testing new compliance tools and detection models before deployment.
Responsibilities
- Investigate manual referrals and automated transaction monitoring alerts
- Conduct due diligence research and KYC reviews
- Draft SARs based on case investigation findings
- Identify patterns or emerging risks and propose solutions
- Test new compliance tools and provide feedback to technology teams
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services or crypto
- Focus on TMS/EDD compliance investigations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
