Job Description

Overview: ***This position is physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP*** Responsible for all interpretations of the contract section of Request for Proposal, contracts and amendments. Administers and negotiates Nondisclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Associate Contractor Agreements. Is the initial point of contact for all contractual communications with the customer, Government agencies, e.g., DCMA, DCAA, and is authorized to obligate the company for matters associated with any assigned contract(s).

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that proposal plans and approaches meet contractual requirements of the RFP
  • Coordinates with the Cost Estimator to define cost formulations and summaries
  • Leads customer negotiations
  • Initiates contract close-outs and develops responses to FOIA requests
  • Manages/administers execution of Nondisclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements
  • Monitors contract performance to ensure that all contract terms and conditions are met
  • Provides pre and post award administration of a variety of contracts (CPAF, FFP, FPAF, T&M, LH)
  • Supports negotiations with subcontractors

Qualifications

  • Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Degree in Business or Finance
  • Bachelor's Degree and eight years' experience OR Master's Degree and four years experience
  • Certification(s) by National Contract management Association (NCMA) is preferred
  • Secret Security Clearance is required
  • Minimum four years' experience related to contracting, purchasing and pricing
