Manager, Project Management
Job Description
Responsible for managing core content production including developing and maintaining quality standards and best practices; implementing new technologies including AI and workflows; and leading a team of project managers. You will collaborate internally with content developers and program managers to produce accessible products.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of project managers
- Manage assigned core (print and ebook) projects
- Create and implement workflows based on new tools and technology (AI)
- Develop productivity targets and assign projects
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Resolve personnel and performance issues
- Provide training and technical support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of project management experience
- 3-5 years of experience managing a team
- Technical product support experience preferred
- Proven agility in high-volume environments
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
