Assistant Store Manager - H&M - Qatar
Job Description
The Role: You will work with the Store Manager to achieve objectives, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by staff and that they have the skills and support required to maximise sales. You will work with a variety of different departments to maintain the effective operation of the store and will provide feedback to managers. Qualifications: At least 3 years' retail experience (ideally at a supervisory level). Understanding of fashion retail. Excellent English and Arabic language skills. PC literacy.
Responsibilities
- Work with Store Manager to achieve objectives
- Ensure highest levels of customer service
- Provide staff with support required to maximize sales
- Maintain effective operation of the store
- Provide feedback to brand and area managers
- Deputize for the Store Manager during periods of leave
Qualifications
- At least 3 years' retail experience (ideally at a supervisory level)
- An understanding of fashion retail
- Arabic language skills is a must
