Learning and Development Consultant
Job Description
As a learning and development consultant at Gallup, you’ll help us fulfill our mission of changing the world by delivering transformational learning experiences to organizations across the globe. You will be the public face of Gallup’s brand, bringing analytics and advice to life through compelling programs.
Responsibilities
- Master concepts related to strengths development and employee engagement
- Facilitate Gallup’s curriculum through virtual and in-person experiences
- Empower leaders to develop their teams and drive performance
- Analyze and consult on talent-based selection hiring
- Deliver bold recommendations to executive leaders
- Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in related field preferred
- At least five years of experience in training, consulting, or HR
- Ability to travel 50%-75% of the time
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- ICF certification preferred
