Site Engineer - MEP
Job Description
The MEP Site Engineer– Plumping & Drainage is responsible for organizing, supervising, executing, monitoring and controlling the Plumping & Drainage works installation activities under MEP works in Residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
Responsibilities
- Review the approved construction drawings
- Derive schedule of Plumping & Drainage works packages
- Plan site resource and materials requirement
- Manage site resources, execution, progress and productivity
- Manage the team of Supervisors, Foreman and Charge Hands
- Coordinate with subcontractors and authorities engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 year experience Or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 year experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP projects Plumping & Drainage installation works
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP projects in UAE or GCC countries
- ESCO industry experience preferred
