Job Description
Teleperformance is seeking Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to field customer inquiries and respond to varying questions and concerns regarding healthcare services. Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer concerns
- Escalate interactions when necessary
- Process payments and respond to assistance requests
- Track call-related information for auditing
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
