Head of Sales
Job Description
This role offers a hands-on leadership opportunity to drive revenue growth and build a high-performing sales organization from the ground up. The Head of Sales will personally close deals while designing and scaling a repeatable, predictable go-to-market motion.
Responsibilities
- Personally manage full sales cycles from discovery to deal closure
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent
- Train, mentor, and coach sales representatives
- Design and implement scalable sales processes
- Partner with Marketing to define target segments and strategies
- Deploy modern sales tools and AI-driven workflows
Qualifications
- Proven experience scaling SaaS sales in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated track record of personally closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience building and hiring high-performing sales teams
