Lead the end-to-end marketing and communications strategy for Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah. Responsibilities include annual planning, budget setting, performance reporting, and oversight of digital marketing and brand positioning. Requires 5-7 years of marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy for the hotel
  • Lead annual planning and performance reporting
  • Partner with GM and Director of Sales for commercial targets
  • Ensure communications reflect Makkah context and local requirements
  • Oversee performance marketing across paid search and social channels

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in marketing (hospitality or luxury preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, PR, and campaign production
  • Analytical focus with quantitative and budget management skills
