- Oversee inventory management and cost control
- Prepare and analyze performance reports
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menus
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within an upscale dining establishment
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
