Job Description
Operations manager works with the Brand Lead for Casual Dining Restaurants(CDR) to deliver and exceed sales and profit targets through leading and supporting Operations with hands-on guidance, insight coaching and training to CDR operations and training teams. Owning the operational relationships with functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of the business plan.
Responsibilities
- Organizes and directs CDR operations to maximize profitability
- Builds and leads high-performing teams
- Oversees daily operations, optimizing schedules and team deployment
- Partners with brand team on growth strategy
- Executes strategy around pricing, merchandising, and promotions
- Participates in market mapping for new sites
- Drives Quality program implementation
- Tracks Operations KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
- 10-12 years’ experience in Restaurants Operations
- Excellent English communication skills
