Job Description
The Annual Giving Manager is primarily responsible for building, supporting, and growing LAU’s annual giving program through multi-channel outreach and donor engagement initiatives. This role requires presence on both Beirut and Byblos campuses.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement annual giving strategies
- Oversee segmentation, personalization, and scheduling for appeals
- Administer LYBUNT and SYBUNT outreach programs
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Office of Advancement and schools
- Coordinate planning and execution of the Senior Class Gift program
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze results
- Supervise the roles of Annual Giving Coordinator and Student Engagement Center Coordinator
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in fundraising, annual giving, or a related field
- 3 years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge NXT)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
