Job Description

The Annual Giving Manager is primarily responsible for building, supporting, and growing LAU’s annual giving program through multi-channel outreach and donor engagement initiatives. This role requires presence on both Beirut and Byblos campuses.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement annual giving strategies
  • Oversee segmentation, personalization, and scheduling for appeals
  • Administer LYBUNT and SYBUNT outreach programs
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Office of Advancement and schools
  • Coordinate planning and execution of the Senior Class Gift program
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze results
  • Supervise the roles of Annual Giving Coordinator and Student Engagement Center Coordinator

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in fundraising, annual giving, or a related field
  • 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge NXT)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
