Presales Manager
Job Description
Identify requirement and business opportunity from customer meetings, develop project technology strategy, and prepare/deliver business value solutions. This role requires technical document preparation and partner support.
Responsibilities
- Develop project technology strategy based on client objectives
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations
- Conduct proof-of-concept to showcase technical feasibility
- Oversee selection of technologies for proposed solutions
- Collect local requirements to optimize product features
- Support and train partner's technical personnel
Qualifications
- 3 years experiences in IT industry as pre-sales
- Thorough understanding of server, storage, cloud, virtualization
- Certifications such as Vmware VCP, VCAP, or AWS/Azure Architect preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
