Client Success Manager
Job Description
Velti is looking for a Client Success Manager to assist with the design, prelaunch, and execution of large-scale gaming campaigns for our Telecom clients. This role involves regular meetings with clients to discuss progress and optimization strategies as well as internal collaboration with both technical and business departments.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for client relationships from onboarding/implementation throughout the journey
- Ensure account engagement, retention and revenue growth
- Be a product expert and liaison between clients and the Product Team
- Collaborate with Technical and Business teams for implementation stages
- Demonstrate expertise in data analysis to suggest revenue optimizations
- Produce performance review presentations and reports
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success or other relationship management roles
- Bachelor’s degree
