Regional Manager
Job Description
Oversee and manage the overall operations of fuel stations across the Eastern Region. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high service standards. Monitor performance, sales targets, and financial results. Lead, supervise, and develop station managers. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Monitor inventory levels and fuel supply. Handle operational challenges. Conduct site visits. Prepare operational reports for senior management. Support expansion plans.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
