Our client is a global Tier 1 in the manufacturing industry and is looking for a Regional Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Senior Manager. Main description: Lean Culture Ambassador: You lead by example, cultivating a Lean culture across all plants under your scope. You pursue the true north star. You believe there is always a better way to run our supply chain — and you live by it. You challenge the status quo daily, pushing us to be better than yesterday and tomorrow better than today. Supply Chain Strategist: You co-develop the strategic roadmap for your region’s supply chain, adapted to plant maturity and complexity. You leverage and enrich our supply chain playbook to scale initiatives that deliver breakthrough SQDC results. Team Coach: With boots on the ground, at Gemba, you are constantly present at the point of impact, shape mindsets with clarity, train with purpose, and coach with conviction. You set the tone and mindset for roles impacted by transformation. Process-Oriented Leader: You know when to enforce process discipline and when to drive experimentation. You guide teams through the right balance of agility and standardization to achieve the future state at the site level and across central functions. You are the regional source of technical lean skillset to establish processes. Data-Driven Decision-Maker: You trust data, and you expect others to do the same. But you also understand that speed matters. When full visibility isn’t possible, you make informed calls backed by the best available evidence.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a Lean culture across all plants under scope.
  • Co-develop the strategic roadmap for the region's supply chain.
  • Train and coach teams at Gemba level.
  • Enforce process discipline and drive experimentation for agility and standardization.
  • Leverage data to make informed decisions for supply chain optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations management, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Lean principles and practices, particularly in supply chain.
  • Six Sigma Certified (Green or Black Belt) and APICS certifications are a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional European language proficiency is a plus.
  • Intermediate in Excel level.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
