Job Description
Assists the Sous Chef in creating visually appealing dishes and ensuring smooth execution of operations. Upholds food quality standards and follows FSSC guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation as per standard recipes
- Collaborate to develop and test new dishes and drinks
- Supervise kitchen staff for safety and hygiene protocols
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen
- Conduct periodic inventory to minimize wastage
- Monitor kitchen stock movement and ordering system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience
