Data and Measurement Lead

The Data and Measurement team plays a critical role in Google goal to be the most trusted experts for our advertisers and partners that delivers high performing, durable advertising solutions in a privacy first ecosystem. As Data and Measurement Specialist, you will be in charge of digital transformation for advertisers and partners across the LCS book of business. You will help advertisers and partners build a solid measurement and data infrastructure foundation which customer can build their performance and media effectiveness solutions on.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute sales/product strategies within functions to specific clients
- Identify business growth opportunities within the market and for customers
- Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Share and scale best practices, learnings, and business strategies
- Advise clients on measurement strategies to enhance business performance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote Google's preferred measurement methods
- Design tests and conduct research to understand advertising effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies within mobile apps
- Experience working with digital organizations
- Experience with on-device measurement (ODM) solutions and attribution models
- Experience in mobile app analytics platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Amplitude)
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations
- Ability to communicate in Russian fluently
