Job Description
Design conversational voicebot flows for inquiries, case creation, and transactions. Replace menu‑based IVR with natural‑language experiences. Configure intents, entities, prompts, error handling, and fallback logic. Integrate voicebots with Sprinklr Telephony/IVR. Connect with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities
- Design conversational voicebot flows for inquiries, case creation, and transactions
- Replace menu‑based IVR with natural‑language experiences
- Configure intents, entities, prompts, error handling, and fallback logic
- Integrate voicebots with Sprinklr Telephony/IVR
- Connect with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Integrate with RAG‑based and enterprise knowledge bases
- Connect to backend APIs and enable smooth handoff to live agents
- Implement intent classification and NLP tuning
- Utilize generative AI for dynamic voice responses
- Automate case creation, status checks, appointment validation
- Build outbound voice notifications and confirmation flows
