Senior HR Partner, AWS Builder Experience Team
Job Description
Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Partner to support the Builder Experience Team (BeXT). This role focuses on the employee experience, influencing change, and partnering with leaders to develop forward-looking strategies focused on talent management, compensation, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Consult, coach, and develop leadership on talent management and performance
- Advocate for Builders' needs through end-to-end experiences
- Serve as first point of escalation for HR teammates and concerns
- Conduct complex workplace investigations
- Design and implement new approaches to effect continual improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant Human Resources Generalist experience
- Fluency in Arabic language
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
