HSSE Supervisor (Surface Engineering) - (Project-based)
Job Description
The first person responsible for HSE supervision in the whole process of ground construction: supervise the implementation of the contractor's HSE management system, and review the safety measures in the construction plan.
Responsibilities
- Supervise implementation of the contractor's HSE management system
- Review safety measures in the construction plan
- Inspect and monitor high-risk operations (hoisting, excavation, heavy machinery, etc.)
- Conduct daily inspection, record and track the rectification of hidden dangers
- Pre-inspection on contractor driver qualifications and vehicle reports
- Be Responsible for emergency response and investigation controls
Qualifications
- College degree or above in safety engineering, environmental engineering or civil engineering
- More than 10 years HSE management experience in petroleum/construction industry
- Holding of registered safety engineer or NEBOSH certificate
- Fluent in English
