Business Development Manager
Job Description
Latinum HR is looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager in Dubai to expand the client portfolio within the recruitment and HR consultancy space. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and secure recruitment mandates.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target potential clients through cold calling and networking
- Secure new recruitment contracts and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CEOs, HR Directors, and Procurement Managers
- Understand client hiring needs and present tailored recruitment solutions
- Work with the recruitment delivery team to ensure candidate placement
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of proven business development or sales experience within a recruitment agency or HR consultancy in the UAE
- Solid understanding of UAE labor law and regional business landscape
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Existing network of HR contacts in the region is highly desirable
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred
