Responsibilities

Welcome customers at the shop and ensure a positive in-store experience
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries clearly and professionally
Manage customer communication via WhatsApp including product questions, quotations, and follow ups
Explain products and services to customers and guide them toward suitable solutions
Create sales orders and assist the sales team with order processing
Provide WhatsApp support after purchase by assisting customers with basic questions and coordination
