Job Description
This role focuses on ensuring that all organizational processes, projects, and products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. It involves monitoring performance, conducting audits, maintaining documentation, and implementing quality control procedures.
Responsibilities
- Inspect organization's quality processes
- Monitor and evaluate quality of project processes and products
- Implement quality management procedures and controls
- Inspect products and materials
- Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls and risk management
- Establish and maintain internal audit plan
- Train and mentor project staff on quality assurance
- Liaise with project teams and external quality bodies
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Prepare reports on quality activities
- Perform random and scheduled quality audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor in engineering / management
- Minimum 10 years’ professional experience
- Experience as quality manager for large-scale projects
- Experience in performing project audits
