Job Description
To assist customers in selecting paint products, provide technical advice, and ensure excellent customer service in the showroom. Responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and supporting daily showroom operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide professional advice on paint products and color selections
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's paints, tools, and accessories
- Prepare quotations, issue invoices, and process payments through the POS system
- Work toward and achieve monthly and quarterly individual and showroom sales goals
- Ensure products are properly displayed, labeled, and organized
- Assist customers with color matching tools and techniques
- Provide basic technical advice regarding surface preparation and paint application
- Notify the inventory or warehouse team when stock is low
- Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and customer satisfaction
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and new arrivals
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and customer feedback
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
