Job Description

Clarion Technologies is seeking a Delivery Account Manager to lead delivery execution and strategic account management for Saudi accounts. This hybrid role combines technology delivery management with client relationship management at the CxO level. Requires 15+ years of IT experience and strong knowledge of Saudi markets.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end delivery ownership of IT services engagements
  • Define delivery roadmaps and set milestones
  • Implement delivery governance frameworks
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Monitor account profitability and manage budgets

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery Management
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong experience working in Saudi / Middle East markets
  • Experience with VP/CXO level stakeholders
