Administrative Assistant - Dubai
Job Description
PJT Partners is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide strategic support to the Dubai team, managing calendars, travel, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Act as gatekeeper to junior professionals and maintain client relationships
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel and reservations (flights, cars, hotels)
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence
- Undertake data entry in applicable databases
- Provide back-up to other administrative assistants
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services, law firms or private equity
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
