Job Description
Direct is a leading Saudi company and one of the largest in the Kingdom’s travel and tourism sector. We are looking for a Support Agent for our Hotels Department. Key Responsibilities include direct communication with hotels for booking modifications and cancellations, outbound customer calls, and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Direct communication with hotels for booking modifications and cancellations
- Outbound customer calls and follow-ups
- Providing support to the Hotels Department
- Mastering the CRM software usage
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, or a related role
- Knowledge of global hotel chains and reservation systems
