Job Description
Project Support – Workday Implementation: Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking the Workday implementation across the EMME cluster. Support change management initiatives linked to Workday and related process changes.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning and coordinating Workday implementation
- Assist in managing project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance) and external partners
- Prepare project documentation including status reports and action plans
- Support testing phases (UAT coordination, issue tracking)
- Consolidate and analyze project data to support decision-making
- Serve as the primary HR contact for all HR systems-related topics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience supporting ERP or HRIS implementations (Workday experience is a strong advantage).
- Proven project management experience.
