Retail Manager
Job Description
Responsible for the overall operation, merchandising, financial performance, and guest experience in both the Lobby Boutique and Spa Boutique at Miraval The Red Sea.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Lobby and Spa Boutiques
- Lead and supervise the retail team
- Maintain luxury presentation standards
- Manage retail budgets and monitor costs
- Analyze sales data and KPIs
- Deliver personalized guest experiences
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies
- Oversee inventory management and reordering
- Coordinate with Spa, Wellness, and Front Office teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail management
