The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations and leverage creative expertise through floorset updates and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Drives Sales results and analyzes business performance
- Ensures a superior Customer Experience
- Oversees OMNI Channel Fulfillment
- Supervises Store Presentation and Sales Floor
- Manages Store & Stockroom Operations
- Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management
- Recruits, trains, and develops talent
- Implements Asset Protection policies
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team building skills and self-starter mindset
- Drive to achieve results and multi-tasking ability
